Interview with Andrés Fleitas

Interview with Andrés Fleitas, a living legend of Cuban baseball. Fleitas played for the Almendares Blues of the pre-revolutionary Cuban professional league, the Jersey City Giants of the MLB minor leagues, the Monterrey Industriales of the Mexican League, and the Havana Sugar Kings of the International League, from 1942 to 1955. Fleitas was named finals MVP for the Almendares Blues’ championship-winning 1946-1947 season. He was elected to the Cuban Baseball Hall of Fame in 1971.
